Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand

The oldest and one of the most scenic national parks in India, Corbett National Park reportedly has 231 tigers in an area of 1100 sq km. The Park definitely has quite a high tiger density, which makes it one of the best destinations for a tiger safari in India.    

It’s also one of the parks, where the Project Tiger was launched in 1973 with the idea to conserve the ecological balance of nature.
